Phoenix principals have had considerable experience in helping companies that are in a difficult financial condition. We are prepared to provide direct management guidance, if necessary, to assist in a financial turnaround.

And, Phoenix is well acquainted with the advantages of utilizing in and out of court workouts, as a critical step in a reorganization effort.

Our fees are based wholly or in part on actual time spent, or a percentage of monies saved as well as an equity participation in the reorganized company.

Some of the functions that Phoenix principals have performed are as trustees or court appointed receivers in Chapter 11 cases; and the overseeing of restructurings of both public and private North American Corporations.

Some of the specific tasks performed have included:

• Monitoring of the claims function.
• Preparing and or supervising bankruptcy schedules.
• Negotiating the restructuring of leases, including operating, synthetic, and commercial financing leases.
• Preparing Bankruptcy Plans of Reorganization and disclosure statements.
