Cancellation Policy
Please understand that a deposit insures that your accommodation will be available on the confirmed date, and also insures us that the accommodation is sold on the date as confirmed. Because of our limited number of guest rooms, cancellations affect us significantly. A last - minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. When situations arise necessitating a change or cancellation in your reservation, we most certainly do empathize, but we must maintain a strict cancellation policy.
Should a guest change or cancel a confirmed reservation more than 15 days in advance of scheduled date, we will happily refund your deposit, less 10% of the total room charge, or give a full credit toward a future stay.
Guests canceling a confirmed reservation within 15 days of scheduled arrival date will not be given a refund regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure. If the space can be re-booked, you will be given a credit toward a future stay.
In either case, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
Multiple Room Reservations
Deposits for multiple room reservations are not refundable. Credit toward a future stay will be given only if the reservations are canceled more than 30 days in advance of arrival date. Cancellations or changes within 30 days of date will forfeit deposit.
Credit toward future stay valid for 1 year from date of cancellation. Refunds, when applicable, are issued within 30 days of the cancellation.
Check-in between 2:00 & 6:00 PM or by prior arrangement
Check out is by 11:00 AM
On premise parking provided
Pets are not allowed
Rooms have a 2 person limit
Minimum stay on weekends
Children over 12 welcome
